How to use the platform.

• One team member initially signs up for and creates your team on the platform.

• They invite the other team members & the team coach, who will receive email invitations to join.

• Everyone completes their personal details on the platform, which we use for ongoing eligibility checks.

• Teams work together to complete their team details & application questions.

• The team submits their application before the deadline of 11:59am Monday 15th December.

One Team Member Signs-Up Initially

One member of your team signs up to the platform and invites the other team members and coach.

Please note that:

• Once you create / join a team, you cannot switch to a different team without contacting us.

• Only students can create teams, not coaches.

• Students can only belong to one team, whereas coaches can join multiple teams.

Add your Team Members & Coach

When you invite them, they will receive an email invitation to join your team. If your coach is not affiliated with one of your team members' universities or apprenticeship employers then please provide an extra contact.

Each team member & coach completes their personal details.

Each team member & your coach must complete their own personal details in the application. It takes less than 5 minutes and we advise doing it early.

We will be conducting ongoing eligibility checks, so you will see the status change from pending to checking to confirmed whilst using the platform.

The collective team completes their team details & application questions.

As a team, you are able to co-edit your team details and question responses. Your coach can view but not edit the pages.

The question responses will be used to determine which teams progress into the Regional Qualifiers, so take your time with them. You may wish to create your answers separately then paste them onto the platform.

Submit your application before the 15th December deadline.

Finally, your team must submit their application before 11:59am on Monday 15th December. You can submit & unsubmit as many times as you wish before this deadline.

Only team members, and not coaches, can submit the application.

Please note: You should have green ticks in all fields before submitting your application. However, the platform will not prevent you from submitting an incomplete application (as shown in the image).
